Championship game score was 7-5, Bumpy Oak Bombers over Calvert.County. Bumpy enjoyed a 6-0 lead with Tommy Sellers pitching a very good game, until Calvert came storming back to tie the game in the top of the sixth inning. Bombers got out of a bases loaded jam later in the inning. In the bottom of the sixth Bumpy scratched across a run thanks to some heads up base running by Zach Herbert. In the top of the seventh they were able to hold off a threatening rally by Calvert to preserve the win. Jonathan Keeler completed the contest on the mound with his brother Zack Keeler behind the plate.
Bumpy Oak had solid contributions all season from Steve Elder, Danny, Aaron and Jerry Michael, Lance Lebeau, Justin Murphy, and Jason Boswell.
Congratulations to the 2011 Dodgers for winning the league championship. Final score was Dodgers 18 and Tigers 6. Dave Cross was the winning pitcher. Larry Mulloy pitched 1st 5 innings and Cross completed the contest. The Dodgers rallied late and broke the game open in the 8th inning.

Brian Kelley was team leader behind the plate !
The team went 11-2 for the regular season and 3-0 in playoffs. All three playoff wins were come-from-behind wins so capped a fun and successful season.
